A New Community Wellness Club is launched in East Sussex
Following the successful launch in Seaford in January, a new COMMUNITY WELLNESS CLUB has been successfully launched in Newhaven, East Sussex.!
The club is being held in the Hillcrest Centre, Hillcrest Road, Newhaven on Monday evenings 6.30 - 7.30pm
It is run on the lines of a 'traditional slimming club' but is able to offer so much more.
There are no joining fees, weekly rates are only £3 or £10 per month with no penalties for missed classes. Complete the 12 week fat loss challenge , invite some friends and get a chance to win a Mini Cooper !!( terms and conditions apply)
Members achieve their own specific health and wellbeing goals in a fun motivating and supportive environment.
Full body analysis is performed each week, which is much more valuable information than just their weight. They will be able to see their body fat percentage reduce, inner ( visceral fat) reduce and their muscle mass increase.
The informative education slot and discussion teaches members the principles of good nutrition, hydration and exercise.
