National Account Manager: Specialising in small package, development of complex solution strategies that encompass a customerís entire supply chain; development of multi-level customer relationships to uncover supply chain needs of key decision-makers; integration of customised technology solutions to meet the customer's supply chain needs, and coordinate cross functional support with Operations, Finance, Solutions and others to create further opportunity for the customer; retention of accounts by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction which includes responding to customer concerns, developing solutions, providing follow-up on client matters, coordinating contract implementations, and managing customer contractual commitments to ensure compliance; understanding competitor strategies and products.

Looking to work with clients that feel they require advice and consultation on their supply chain needs across multi-mode transport. Specialist advice available in particulalar for clients with national and international small package requirements. Target customers include, medical, any ecommerce websites, aerospace, automotive, non-food retail, hi-tech, printing/publishing, freight forwarding/reselling, pick & pack operations, banking and financial.

For UK domestic and International shipping requirements:

Coordinating and establishing bespoke operational requirements and rating structures, identifying and implementing appropriate technology to support the clients. Providing support by day to day contact, planning and coordinating customer review meetings, conducting customer entertainment, negotiating revised rating structures and introducing further value added solutions and rating where appropriate.
